Working with Green Task Force to tackle INNS
As part of our ongoing INNS survey work for Greater Manchester Combined Authority, last week our teams joined up with fellow Community Interest Company (CIC), Green Task Force to look at how we can develop future working in the North West area.
Mark and Jamie from Green Task Force joined our experienced surveyors and undertook 2 days of 15km surveys in the Rochdale and Bury areas, covering the River Irwell and River Roch catchment.
Our findings will form a report for the GMCA but we're halfway through the survey and noted lots of Japanese Knotweed across all catchments but with Giant Hogweed predominantly in the westerns areas around Bolton and the Croal catchment.
