Meet the Team

We are a passionate, skilled, and knowledgeable team, with experience and interests in both the conservation, third and commercial sectors. This means that we are uniquely placed to not only deliver high quality commercial projects, but also to work with local people and partners to deliver a lasting legacy as part of every project.

Chaired by Peter Marsden, our board consists of Groundwork South Yorkshire, Sheffield City Council, Don Catchment Rivers Trust and independent directors Gerry Arcari and David Gray. In conjunction with the leadership team, the executive team is led by Adam Rollitt, and commercial projects and Riverlution are delivered by our experienced delivery team. Most of our work is delivered in-house, but we also have a fantastic supply chain of partners and subcontractors across the commercial and third sector, to enable us to offer a one-stop-shop for our clients and to deliver as much added-value as possible.

We are an ambitious young company with high professional standards and are committed to continuous improvement, working to ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems. We are also CHAS, Property Care Association and Trust Mark accredited.
